Our Principles

I founded Offices iQ as I believed there was a real need for an office broking firm which put the client needs at the forefront of every recommendation. A firm who spent time understanding what you really needed rather than just providing a convenient list of local properties.

We follow three basic principles. Listen to what your customer needs, consider all options available and provide a solution to meet these objectives.

I have personally worked within the serviced office industry for 12 years in senior positions across operations and business development. This experience, combined with the experience of our team and partners is key in helping you chose your perfect space.
