About this flexible office building
The building offers serviced offices, meeting rooms and a club members lounge.
Each occupant will be entitled to use the ground floor club members lounge which offers breakfast, teas, coffee etc.
as well as an area to work if need be.
The centre is open for occupiers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Prices start from £1550 per desk plus VAT and each occupier benefits from an all inclusive package as follows: furnished offices (desk, pedestal, chair), rent, rates, service charge included in price, utilities included in price, telephone handset with DDI number and voice mail included in the price, 50 MB internet connection per user included in price (with scope to pay an extra £20 pm and uplift to 100 MB shared internet service if need be), access and use of club lounge plus other lounges across the portfolio as they expand in 2016, concierge service support at reception (no request is too much trouble for them to manage), use of common areas and WiFi area in courtyard, use of touchdown area on ground floor.
Prices are fixed for the first two years with no need to negotiate any further until month 24.
